  1. Hey Captain Ewok! Here is the text of the email I had been receiving. Like I said, It is no longer an issue for me, but I think it still aggravates others. This is the last one I ever received. Thank you so much for your assistance! :)

    Jeremy-mia,

This is an automated email notifying you that a VisaJourney member (Patrick and Patricia) with similar filing dates has updated their timeline.  Because they filed for their immigration benefit near your filing date, your case may have an update in the near future as well.

You may view their updated timeline here:  http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=0

  2. Hi Mattchue! Same problem here. I also live in Florida. I'm thinking to just wait for their announcement as to when they will be having their outreach event here, hopefully there would be one soon. My passport will expire in 10 months..another thing that I learned is that there is such thing as Report of Marriage for Filipinos who got married here which i had no idea about, FYI in case anyone here have not heard of it. I need to send a Report of Marriage form to the embassy as well as a requirement to renew or change my name in my passport.

  3. I keep getting an email from Visa Journey stating that Patrick and Patricia have updated their timeline with a bad link. Can't unsubscribe from the mail without unsubscribing from all of them.

    How can this be resolved?

  4. I do not know if this is the appropriate place for this, but here goes. We are awaiting my fiancee's K1, the question we are having is; "Will there be any issue once she is here and we are married in vacationing elsewhere? Or even visiting her parents for a week or two?" She is under the impression that she will be unable to leave the states for any reason for a vacation or anything else. I am unable to see any clear rules concerning this. Can anyone point me in the correct direction for determining this?
