yep.. its positive.. devastating as it is im trying to look on the brighter side why i get this.. spare me the pity.. im fine.. lol or im not.. anyways.. i havent paid for my visa yet but my papers are ready.. can i schedule my interview 6mos from now? im starting my treatment tommorow.. til 6mos from now..

i will be having my sputum test tommorow to know if i have tuberculosis.. was expecting everything to go fine but now my world is crumbling down.. been taking antibiotics for 6 days now.. 4 more days but still my cough doesnt go away. worst case.. if its positive il have to start my medication here in my place.. but what should i do with my medical in SLEC? anyone here knows what i should do? please tell me

You're not alone, although our NOA2 was almost a full month before yours. NVC still hasn't received our case. We haven't been assigned a case number yet. The wait just goes on and on and on and on...

HI, I jsut called the NVC hotline today.. 7:30pm Philippines time.. they already received our case and given me MNL#.. Was really lucky that it didnt take that long for them to receive our case.. I hope you get yours soon..

I am happy to see my peers moving forward, especially those from the Philippines. It is so disheartening, however, when our NOA2 from July 07 still hasn't reached NVC. Can anybody share some encouraging words and some insight on the situation at NVC? Are there other April filers still waiting or are we the last of them?

hi.. I thought im the last one from april filers who are still waiting for the nvc letter.. anyway we received our noa 2 last aug 2.. so we can start calling nvc next week.. i also tried to send them a letter of inquiry about my case.. i hope we can get our mcn numbers soon..

theres the list of rfe's.. but id prefer if you wait for the mail on whats the rfe about.. ours was just a yes or no question.. it was easy peasy but we wasted a month time for the rfe thingy.. but anyway were approved and moving to next round.. lol

Its painful to watch others after us get approved.
