Received letter from NVC this morning saying that we are waiting for an interview date.... definitely want an interview before our 1 year anniversary in February
-
How long after case complete did it take to get interview date. My CC was 12/16/2016
-
It will stay that way until you have an interview date scheduled. Then it will change to "in transit".
Okay.. Thank you.. how is the USA treating you so far?
-
My case was completed on 12/16.
On 12/19 I received checklist for Financial information.I forgot to write in annual income for this year, but i did send paystubs.Checklist says we can take to interview.. as of today Status still shows "At NVC" how long before that changes?

I was on vacation so I never saw anything such as "In Transit". I only saw "Ready" when I finally checked the status. So keep checking your status.
Okay thank you will keep checking..

Congratulations on case complete and the job promotion!! Your journey has been particularly difficult to get this far so I'm very pleased you had some good news at last.
Thank you my dear.. safe travels in 2 days...

Well actually when I called last week they asked me when my ds260 was completed and my question to the rep was can't you see that information the reply was that they don't have access to ds260 they can only see if mail was received.
All of those waiting for CC you will get them..

Case complete my friend you are right behind me....
-
God is good...
Got a job promotion today..
Logged in to the NVC site just for the heck of it and saw 3N/A's... Yippe
Just called and CASE COMPLETE ....
I say to you just hang in there. Look at my timeline it took almost a year to get here 7 months at USCIS. I prayed that it did not take longer than 6 weeks.. Yesterday was my 6th week.. Merry Xmas indeed...
My only concern is they told me I don't make enough which is odd including my husband we will be a household of 3 .. I make over 50k.. How could I not make enough money.. When guildlines state family of 3 is $25,200 .. Anyway new promotion bumps me up as well I will just take proof with me...

Good morning, this is week 6 for us praying for a case complete without supervisor review..
-
It looks like only the electronic processing people are getting CC in less than 6 weeks. They are getting it in less than 6 days!
So my question is....if every case gets to supervisor review before CC, what are the non-supervisors doing? They don't seem to be completing any cases.
Exactly... I am on the fence about calling to request the Supervisor Review, really don't want to delay the process anymore. I am 2 months shy of 1 year with this whole process.. would have been quicker if we just built a boat and sailed over.. lol . Congratulations again when are you traveling?
-
Has anyone made it to the 6 weeks and got CC without having to do supervisor review? It seems like everyone is passing the 6 week mark..
-
Congratulations JFH.... So happy for you..

Just checking in.. Hang in there guys we have gotten this far to lose faith now.
Praying we will all be with our love ones soon.

i would like to know under which column did you see the 3 n/a ? Because just right now i checked mine and the "affidavit support fee" changed from paid to n/a but not the one for the "iv fee"
What's your scan date?
-
Hi everyone
After a long wait at USCIS, we are finally at NVC stage. DS261 has been reviewed and AOS paid. Now waiting for IV fee to unlock. As I have read we can start compiling our documents and submit the AOS and IV package to NVC even before we pay the IV fee or complete the DS260. I'm confused about the Document Cover Sheet and am hoping for some clarification from experienced VJers.
1) can I print and use the Document Cover Sheet from the NVC welcome email or do I need to wait for hard copy welcome letter in the mail? I've called NVC twice and gotten two different answers.
2) How many of the Document Cover Sheets do I use? 1 for both packages or do I print two and use 1 per package? AOS + IV
Thanks for any help
You can print from the welcome Email ( I printed 2 copies used 1 for the AOS and the Other for the IV ) Good Luck

Now I am so confused!
Should I be sending my documents in before the DS-260 is unlocked or not? I thought I read in all the forums to "hurry up and send them because you're wasting time and losing days if you don't," but now it seems like they need the DS-260 completed to move forward anyway...?
Well if you look at my timeline you will see I sent them before I completed the DS-260 As I already had everything they needed.. (I dont think NCV has an issue with it coming in early as least I did not get a slap on the hand for doing it) . I was just waiting for the cover sheet .. My documents were received on Nov 2nd and the DS 260 was completed on Nov 3rd . I spoke with another NVC Rep this morning he also stated to me that the scan date is Nov 3rd as that is the last document that was entered ..
