  1. I actually got my wife and step son a one way ticket from Manila to NYC JFK for total of $899 all total for both so $450 a piece using Flightfox and they found me the cheapest flight on Vayama.com . EVA Airlines from Manila to Taipei then JFK (NYC) . Jet blue has a good price from JFK to Jacksonville. EVA Airlines accepts pets.

  2. I do not work for said company. I'm not trying to advertise for said company. I only recommended said company to a person that I thought needed help as an alternative to a lawyer. He did ask for alternatives to a lawyer. I only recommended because I had a great experience using said company not because it was faster I never said that but because it was done well and I had no RFE or checklists.

  3. All U.S. Government fees are going to be just over $1,000. Medical Fee will be about $200. Rapid Visa charges about $450 to do all the documents for you. Less expensive than a lawyer. So total about $1,600. You can save the $450 by doing yourself; but be careful as making mistakes costs lots of time (months) and possible denial and maybe have to restart again. If you do yourself, read lots of posts and suggestions on here (Visa Journey). If you feel that you can't do yourself, hire someone.

  4. Normally I like Cathay Pacific, EVA Airlines or Philippine Airlines. I have had great safe flights with all of them. EVA is my favorite. But I don't think that any fly directly to Jacksonville. I think you will need to use an international flight into another bigger city like Los Angeles, Houston, or San Fransisco, go through customs there and then change airlines to an American domestic airline to Jacksonville. But Flight could save you hundreds of dollars by finding you the best route and best price. Try EVA Airlines. They are my favorite. Manila to Taipei to Houston then go through customs in Houston and take a US domestic airline Houston to Jacksonville.

  5. I did a search for you and the best I saw was Philippine air from Manila to LAX and Delta from LAX to Jacksonville $1,200. I also use a company called flightfox that always gets me the best deal to and from Manila. You search for one on your own on google or Expedia ect and tell them your best price that you found. I saw one for you for $1,200 and then they try to beat that. https://flightfox.com/#home_how

Price is $49 for their service. If they find a better deal for you by at least $49 less than what you found then they charge you the $49 fee. If they cannot find a better deal and your deal is better then they refund your $49. I have used it many times and they have saved me hundreds of dollars. One time they could not beat the price I found on Expedia so they gave me back the $49 fee.

    Good Luck.
