is anybody experiencing this, i am K1 visa and already submitted my AOS through Fed Ex in FBAS 131 South Dearbon - 3rd Floor, Chicago IL 60603-5517.

According from Fed Ex, they received it already, but from USCIS itself we didnt received any confirmartion from text, email, i surely attached the form G-1145 the e-notification form.

its almost 3 weeks now, and no notification yet, obviously its not yet process yet cause our check is not yet withdraw.

please anyone help me,

you can mail the US embassy Manila at http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3230.html just follow the instruction.

On which form is the question about countries lived in over 6 months asked ... Is it DS160 or DS230 for K1?

Just starting the K1 process and have read much on the site including forums, and have a similar situation ... my fiance and beneficiary worked in the UAE about 15 years ago and doesn't remember much detail. I also understand that clearances are unavailable and should be waived by the consular. But my fiance has suggested not including this information on the forms at all, rather than deal with a possible police certificate request, which I doubt is a good idea. So how might the agencies involved find out about her travel history? I would like a good answer to give her.

Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom.

but as days goes by im starting feeling like "whats going on? i see some april filers already received their noa2 and no news in our part"

Hello, can anyone help me please, My fiancee mailed our application K1 (with form I129f and supporting docs) to Lewisville last April 15 and comes along with form G1145 and a check (filing fee). till now we my fiancee didn't received any notification from his bank saying that the check has been transfered or en cash. So we didnt know if the USCIS started to work our petition since we didn't received any notification from them yet.

Hi, kindly help me please, my application in K1 is already on process, do i need to get a police clearance from UAE? I worked there from 2010-2012, now im currently in the Philippines.
