Finall an Approval for my EAD. For those who got an approval how long does it take before you get the physical card?

They do call back, once you are in que they will call back. Some officers operate from home.I got called back one evening around 7pm

How did you go about expediting your EAD?

No I think I got the craziest response to my inquiry about my EAD, she is telling me to tell my employer that I am adjusting my status and haven't got my card as yet, is she aware of everify and if I get flagged I will be fired. Are they properly trained? I thought tier 2 was supposed to be more informed. So much for my $870.00

Why do these ppl keep reading from a script when you call.you pay for services. If they don't want to answer questions and give responsive answers then they need find another job. Like damn!!!!

It sucks because I have nothing holding up my case what am I supposed to tell the employer? Does this mean I have to wait all through the summer, I knw they have a lot to do but if nothing is holding up a case why not go ahead and produce the card instead of letting it sit all through the 90 days

She didn't specify, was a bit pissy with me, tried telling her I have a job offer , my biometrics cleared and no RFE.i wonder if they understand what people are going through after paying bills. Asked if I could expedite it and she said I wasn't qualified to expedite my case.

I have a question for the forum, I just got off the phone with a tier2 representative, they recieved my paper work on the 15th and she says they uploaded my paperwork on the 21st. My EAD was approved and I have to wait until 90days from April 15 to recieve it. Now I got a job offer to start early July , I don't understand if there is nothing pending on the case why they don't go ahead and produce the card?

Everyone is experiencing the same problem including myself. It seems the Missouri office doesnt show online status until the IO enters data into the system.

It could be that the ATL is behind on processing. Check the processing times fir you field office. If its behind i dont they would reach your packets as yet.

They told me by july 15th and I am suppose to start working on july 5th

Anyone knows how to expedite your EAD, I have a job offer and need to start ASAP or they will hire someone else. Its a good paying job

You have 90 days to present the new card to your employer

The RFE sucks, it delays your case a great deal. I had to call them today and the tier 2 told me my I485 reciept is working so I checked and it was.says that is the most important one since its the green card.

Finally my I485 is working on the website. As of May 30,2016 we are ready to schedule your interview amd send you a notice.

Yea they probably trying to get the April filers out before memorial weekend.
