Apr 14, 2016 Welcome letter to choose agent

Apr 25, 2016 Letter to pay fees and start application

May 12, 2016 Letter that documents were received on May 9, allow 30 days for processing

June 10, 2016 Letter to submit missing documents (birth and police certificate, which I thought he could submit at interview)

Checked usps tracking today and the documents were delivered today, expecting an email in a few days that they received it. Wondering if it will take an additional 30 days to review? And if that completes the file, how long will it take to receive an interview?

Also, was surprised it moved to the next step after the acceptance in 3 months. When I checked the processing times at the time, it was 5 months. So I'm praying it will keep moving quickly.

My husband case was processed at NVC on May 5th, his interview was today and he got approved. So if you are a US citizen, the next step will be in a few short months. All the best.

My file was completed at NVC on May 5th and my husband had his interview today, August 5th --- HE WAS APPROVED FOR A VISA!!! Just be patient and everything will be ok.

People that go to there husband's or wife's interview?

Would they even allow spouses to attend the interview. I read somewhere that it's not recommended as space is limited. my husband's interview is on August 5th; and if attending makes a difference I would attend his interview.

Hello every1, precious here . I'm here looking for any1 with the pass experience or some info on the time frame between the cc date and the actual interview date... Our cc date is dated for May 26, 2016. Just wanting to know how long others have waited for there interview from the time their case was completed.. Thank u in advance..

My cc date was May 12th and I received my today for August 5th - my priority date is November 5th. NVC is now scheduling interviews for August. I recommend you call to check on status of your case. I hope this helps.

Congratulations I have added you to the spreadsheet. Time frame you are looking at about 60 days from case complete to get a date so maybe August Interview date. Scheduling starts in July.

You said you filed originals Well you will need originals for interview. USCIS and NVC only required photocopies. Sorry you will now have to get new BC, PCC, Marriage certificate and f there were divorce decrees.

Sorry, I meant that I originally filed in November 2015, not original documents. I have all my original docs in hand. I am the petitioner, so do I need to submit original birth certificate as well?

I was notified on 5/2/16 that my file with NVC was completed (CR1 filing). The next process is interview in Jamaica. I filed original docs on 11/4/15. Can anyone give me any information as to when we can expect to have an interview date in Jamaica OR can you tell me next steps and possible timeframe?

I received notification today that my file has been completed at NVC and that my husband's paperwork is being sent to Kingston, Jamaica. What's the current wait time for him to receive communication and/or interview date in Kingston.
