I called Delta and they said that my fiancé needs a round trip ticket to travel to the USA. I talked to an agent and then a supervisor. The supervisor read from her script that the person traveling needs to show proof of return to originating country unless they are traveling on an "F" or "J" visa. I explained the intent of the K1 and the supervisor was unwilling to change her position.

While I was talking to Delta, my fiancé was at the airport waiting for GOL to make a decision. Three supervisors later, the last said, "Of course she can go with this visa. Check her in (i.e. Stop wasting time)"

The worst that could have happened is that they would have required her to book a return flight.

As a note we bought the more expensive one-way because we didn't want to "no show" on the return trip as we travel A LOT.

So if you are going to use Delta, do yourself a favor and just buy the cheaper round trip ticket or call first and make sure they understand what you are doing.

My fiancé is held up at the airport in Brazil with Gol airlines saying that she must have a round trip ticket to travel to the United States. I contacted Delta (who contracts Gol) and they reiterated the same thing. When did the rule change on the airline ticket?

We have had a lot of face to face time, I went to Brazil regularly and she came to the US regularly (we both work for International companies).

I also read the Consulate reviews and that helped ease my mind.

Our I-129F is approved and we have our interview date and the US Embassy in Brazil. We are three weeks away and our anxiety is starting to get the best of us. We included two pages of proof of relationship with pictures and a timeline in the I-129F packet but no emails or chat logs. Should we put together additional proof of ongoing relationship material to take with us to the interview or have we already passed the proof of relationship test at the USCIS?

It's driving me insane I am gettin so fed up and thinking ours is lost somewhere!! I haven't called but my fiancé tried and all he got was an automated response. I've been tracking cases around mine and there are mine and 2 others still waiting for approval, all the rest have been approved or sent an rfe. It's so disheartening to wake up day after day and still nothing when most others are being approved around 75-80 days, we're on 92 days now I would give my right arm for even an rfe at this moment in time ?

I see that on the USCIS site that the I-134 is expired: (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134, OMB No. 1615-0014; Expires 02/29/2016). Is there an updated version somewhere?
