Interview scheduled: 12th July

Interview date: 31st August

You will get an e-mail from NVC about the interview. Once they send your case to the embassy CEAC will change to "In Transit". Once the embassy has everything CEAC will be "Ready".

Can one judge by the CEAC status if interview date has been scheduled?

Depends if the final destination is her POE or not. If its her POE, then you cant go to the luggauge claim area. But if its not her POE (like she landed in some major airport and then flew to wherever you live) you should be able to meet her at the lugguage claim area. Mainly bacuase her final is not international in this case, its domestic flight.

Husband came yesterday!!! The waiting from when he took off from India to him walking out of that terminal here in DFW seemed like forever! I'm on cloud 9! He said POE at DFW was very easy took about 5 minutes...if that. Waiting for his luggage is what took longer. He landed at 2:57pm and was out by 4:01pm.

Can you get to the luggage area to help, or need to wait outside? I am pretty sure it's the second, but interested, because my wife will fly with the two kids.

We filed our I-130 at the end of November 2015 - My husband is a USC and I am a Canadian Citizen, we are currently at the NVC stage, they received our documents May 27th..

We have been together since 2006, married 2010 and have 3 children together - another on the way! I don't want to crush your hopes but I don't think your case is going to get done much quicker.

Oh my God!!! Finally!!! I can't believe it... I thought the 3 N/A was a fantasy since I had been checking the CEAC page non stopping and nothing had changed.... Now I just woke up and checked the page one more time and I finally can see the 3 N/A...

Congratulations! I am in the same boat scan date 27th May, so this is great news.

Hello everyone. Anyone with scan date 27th May already approved?

My petitions were approved today. I have just received the email notification. NOA1 date was 9th Dec 2016. I wish you all to get your approvals soon too.

I have benefited a lot from finding this forum to make my waiting easier. That's why I decided to join and give some info back whenever that is possible.
