Thanks Nick. I had a feeling from what I'd read that an employer letter and paystubbs would suffice in London. Unfortunately I don't have any assets myself and all my sales of furniture, car etc have been used to pay down credit card debt so I'm not bringing that with me. I have approx £40,000 available to me on credit limits if they accept that though lol
Good to know that we're on track and making progress. Just hope it comes through before the end of July. As I work in a school I can hand my notice in in JUly for Sept 1st and be paid up til then but be on holiday from July 31st. If the visa goes past that point I have to sit at home all August and then work again in September until months notice is up Argh!!
Good luck to you as well Ana
USCIS does not recognize credit cards as income, as well the USCIS looks for net income not gross income... and hopefully your fiancé does not have student debt, because the net income for a household size of 4 is pretty high.

What are you talking about her being denied for jumping into a previous marriage ?
Pure speculation on your part.
Yup, the exact amount that CO had.....

Well for 1, my fiancé isn't Muslim. So it's completely normal for him to date. 2 she asked my fiancé about people she seen us talk about in our messages which was my Co-worker and my boss, because I'm extremely close with them. My fiancé answered correctly. 3 she asked about me being married before, he answered yes. She never said anything else about that. And she asked about my children from my previous marriage. She asked about our pictures and said how nice they were. She asked who put them together and the rest of the evidence and my fiancé answered. She asked who some of the people were in our pictures and he answered which was our friends. So now you tell me what other grounds did she have to deny us. Our age difference did not play a part nor did she even ask about age. She said verbatim" hmmmm 4 years in a relationship, no marriage and no children, I'm sorry Mr.Annan I cannot grant you this visa. I hate when people try to make something it's not. If there was something there other than what she said, how come she complimented all of the evidence and how nice everything was....
<<3 she asked about me being married before, he answered yes. She never said anything else about that. And she asked about my children from my previous marriage.>>
That's what got you denied... you jumped in a marriage and child in your first marriage and this time you are waiting a longer period of time.

I know, Bosna! It's hard, but I think if you find something that can help disctract you at least a little bit it will make the wait at least a bit more manageable. It must be incredibly frustrating to have waited so long already
I believe that means you're getting an answer to your inquiry - apparenly in the mail?!
That is too funny.... the insight.....
I believe that means you're getting an answer to your inquiry - apparently in the mail?! no kiddin'.....
usually when you inquire about something someone has to reply back with answer, USCIS works via mail....

I just off the phone with a tier 2 officer and my case was approved April 4th and approval was sent to my house April 5th however status online has not changed.
I am confused, you have been saying for the longest time, in multiple of your previous posts in this forum, that all the USCIS officers on the phone do is lie, so what makes you think you got a true approval if the site has not been updated reflecting as such and/or you did not get anything in the mail saying so?

Ya sure, maybe they want a blood sample from you and your spouse...
Or maybe you should just wait for the RFE....
