My approval letter came in the mail today!! I filed on may 10th with a divorce waiver. I was very scared because I expected an RFE due to the waiver but got approved right away also, my status was not updated online so needless to say I almost my pants when I saw a uscis letter in the mailbox, since I was expecting an RFE. Today is a good day. My boyfriend and I got our offer on a house accepted and my greencard was extended good luck to anyone still waiting!

Kat, I've recently started a new job and all I had to show was the extension letter. No problems whatsoever. Hope that helps and good luck!

Once again F you uscis: drove 1 hour trying to attempt a walk-in in tampa. Nope, have to wait until my appointment on 8/31. Awesome sauce.

FINALLY received my damn biometrics letter today. Scheduled for 08/31 for some ###### reason. I will try to do a walk-in... Damn 2 months into this ROC ####### and i'm already fed up to the max.

I am also waiting for the outcome of the case inquiry. After the third person who could fortunately speak english i was told to call back after another 30 days (july 14th), so a total of 60 days will have past by then. A big f*** you shoutout to uscis.

I just called uscis about not receiving my biometrics appointment after 30 days (noa received 5/10). Little dipshit on the phone who couldn't even speak proper english told me that they did not schedule it yet and that i should call back after june is over!! I'm so upset!!!

This is getting really frustrating, and i'll be on vacation abroad for three weeks in the end of june

Withgodshelp what did you send in and what is the RFE asking you to send?

Hello,
While I am waiting on my ROC i had a wuick question: does uscis look at your travel history within the last two years? I had to go back to my home country several times for extented periods of time to take care of a sick family member. I did not mention anything in the application because i am filing with divorce waiver and already had to explain that situation in detail. Just wondering if anyone was maybe questioned about travels abroad or anything? In this case i can prepare myself better for questions that might come up.
Thank you in advance!

HI everyone!
I also filed with a divorce waiver. I gave a very brief statement on my cover letter about when me and my ex got married, that she had an affair and when we got divorced. I felt like the very details of the story are none of their business, but I guess if I was to receive an RFE or during an interview I would have to go further into details.
Here is my timeline:
Sent to CSC: 05/09/2016
Received: 05/10/2016
NOA1: 05/21/2016
Good luck everyone and stay strong!

Got my NOA1 in the mail today. Dated 5/10, will update list when i get to a computer (:
-
I also habe a question in the mean time
The service center at which we have to get our biometrics done, will that be the same kind of service center which could stamp a passport when you show NOA1?
-
Please add me to the list: i sent off my roc package on 05/09/16 to the california center and it was received on 05/10/16. I filed with a divorce waiver.. Fingers crossed for everyone!

Like i said above, i will get the decree this friday and plan on filing for roc next week
-
I called the court today to confirm my hearing date and i was told that i can pick up the final decree on the same day in the afternoon so that won't be an issue

Hey everyone!
I have my final divorce hearing this friday so I will apply for my removal of conditions next week. I know that i have to submit the final divorce decree + evidence of the relationship. However, i am unsure if it would also be beneficial to include evidence of the mba degree i am currently pursuing + my full time job to show that i am very well able to support myself. Would this be helpful/necessary or rather counterproductive?
Thanks in advance!
