Oops! I did not send a cover sheet. I do have my supporting documents. Is that going to be detrimental not having a cover sheet?

When we file the I751 should we have a cover letter? Thanks.

I have another question. Any idea the timeframe in filing the I751? How long does it to get the permanent green card?

Hello All...I have a sponsor for my fiancé and I was wondering what information I need for the sponsor. I have her I-134, tax return and W2s from last year. Do I need anything else from the sponsor? Also, is my birth certificate needed for the interview as well? I am the petitioner. Thanks for any help.

Hello VJs. Can anyone tell me how to complete the I-134 if I get disability? I begin the K-1 Visa process before I was on disability and now I'm not sure what to do. My sister is willing to be a co-sponsor and she makes way more tan the poverty level for 3 people. Please help if you can?

Does anyone know how I complete the I-134 if I'm unemployed? I just lost my job and my fiancé have his interview coming us. I have a co-sponsor but not sure if I just put unemployed on the I-134. I sent my fiancé a completed I-134 before but now I'm not working. Please HELP!

The initial question was for the co-sponsor. I am the petitioner and my sister is the co-sponsor. If she will provide room and board, for how long should she put?

I'm in the process of filing a K-1 Visa and I just lost my job. I am the petitioner and my fiancé is in Jamaica. My two sisters said they will be co-sponsors. However I'm not sure how to complete the I-134 for myself. Also, does anyone know if my fiancé could still get approve seeing I'm not currently working? I can go back to do contract work but I don't have a contract yet and my fiancé have his interview in August. I also live with one of my sister. Been living with her for a few years now.

Hello...My fiance is in Jamaica and the NVC sent his paperwork to the consulate last week. I completed the DS 160 online and emailed it to the consulate. I'm now wondering what I should do next. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Normally your the fiance does not have to return their country. Once your applied for the adjustment of status you are OK. the expiration on her visa is for her travel from her country. Meaning she had six months to use the visa to travel to the US.

Hello All. I filled my for my fiancé coming from Jamaica. He lives in Jamaica and I'm hoping to get him here soon. We've been dating for awhile while he was separated and waiting to get his divorce. That was finally final so I've filed for the K-1Visa. Just want to know if we can get anything together for when he has to go into the embassy in Jamaica. I've gotten the NOA1 and was wondering how long it may take for the NOA2. I just pray everything will go smoothly and quickly. Any advice or preparation instructions would be greatly appreciated.
