Just an update. I followed people's advice and emailed my fiance the new affidavit. He brought the new and the old, as well as my cosponsors affidavit in. The CO looked at them quickly, took my old one, and only my old one, and that was it. Visa approved. I hope they don't call and say they made a mistake. But thank you for your help!

Affidavit of support for mw interview Will not be there in time, but a signed copy of it will, so I assume we will get one.

Has anyone had to deal with a 221g, and how was your experience?

What do I do if we have the interview very soon, and the financials have changed? There is more money being made which is great, but also at a different job, and I don't want to get in trouble for lying but we don't have time to mail anything! Any advice?

My fiance called the Serbian consulate, and they (quite rudely ) told him that since the letter from the embassy didn't request any supporting evidence, none of it is required.

It's the Serbian Embassy

Getting all my evidence ready after receiving NOA2, but my bank is not cooperating with the letter required for the affidavit of support. I am applying with a cosponsor, who also has the same bank as me (so they likely won't get one either). Is the letter from the bank necessary in this situation? I've read I only need it if I'm using my assets to qualify, which I'm not, and that would also mean my cosponsor does not need to prove assets either. If the bank doesn't give it up, what can I do?

For the I-134, does a cosponsor need to supply a letter from the bank about their bank account, or is it just the primary sponsor?
-
As the original sponsor, is it ok to use a tax transcript, or must it be copies of my w-2's, in addition to pay stubs? Just got my NOA2, but want to start assembling whatever I can!

I heard that I have to be a certain percentage above the poverty line with my income, or my fiance's visa will be rejected? Is that true?
Can savings be included in this evidence or does it have to be a job providing it?
If someone is going to be a cosponsor of my spouse, do they have to live with us? Do they have to prove anything with credit or bills, or is it just proving the amount of money they make?
I would be so frustrated if we got rejected just for money...

Hi , my friend has send papers 11 months ago to remove condisions on his gc. now this month his wife decided to divorce him and divorce is in progress it is not final, and to make things difficult, she has obtained protection from abuse order against him, no charges has ever filled and he has never been arrested or cited. will pfa show up on criminal record and how will that affect his immigration case since i751 is still pending ? thanks everyone
