Yes happens to almost everyone. lol. You will probably get a combo card but only one or the other will update online at first or ever. When they mail it they will send you a tracking number and you will still get an Notice of approval at some point.

Hi guys!
Called NVC today, got my case and invoice number and they said my case was received on the 23rd (a Saturday??). Paid my fee on US Travel Docs and I guess all I can do now is wait for Sydney to give me my interview date! So exciting
