When i check my case online it still says "fingerprint fee was received". Mine is at Texas. I am getting worried. They received my fee 9/18/19 and my NOA is dated 10/19/18. I haven't heard anything since then.

I received my NOA1 today! 18-month extension. It was dated for 10/19/18.

I finally got my receipt number and looked up my status. I submitted to Phoenix but it looks like it was sent to Texas. I never got the receipt notice.
Fingerprint Fee Was Received
On September 18, 2018, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number xxxx. Our Texas Service Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

Wasted my time on the phone calling about my husband's case. I didn't know he had to be available. ugh. 😩
I have no receipt number so I'm in the dark...
Has anyone who sent their case to Pheonix heard anything?

His job is prohibited by law from re-validating a green card they have already checked, precisely for this exact reason. Everyone here is freaking out about this needlessly. The issue is getting a NEW job, if necessary with the expired green card. It will be 1000 times easier with a DL and clean SSA card but everyone here is laser focused on the NOA1, which technically is NOT on the list of approved documents for proving legal status to work.

My Husbands DL is also valid until 2023 even though he only had a 2 year green card 😆 So his DL and social security card is all he needs to continue working?
His job hasn't said anything about his green card expiring yet. It expires 11/28/2018.

No, no NOA yet. Still waiting but I forgot to file the form to get text messages so I just have to wait for the mail.

Our check was cashed September 20th by the Pheonix service center.

I'm working on my packet too. I'll be sending it to CSC soon! Hopefully by Monday at the latest.

Preparing my packet.
Do the copies of Green card and DL need to be in color? I only have a black and white printer.
Also, our DL has a different apartment number than where we are living now. We stayed at the same complex but moved apartments. I assume I will need to update that before submitting?

Hi guys. My interview is coming up. On the appointment letter from NVC it says I don't need to bring any kind of financial evidence...is that true? I see most people on here bring theirs. Thanks.

So for the interview we just need the DS-260, medical papers, and then whatever NVC told us to bring? Is there anything else to be aware of? Thank you!

Same thing happened to us! Also at the Texas service center. I was so glad we were able to make the appointment okay.
