Yes I wasn't expecting that out of the blue, mind you for my K1 I waited in the backlog of Texas last year for 183 days, whilst those that went through the California centre took 12-14 days, so you just cant tell really, my AOS approval took 20 days after my biometrics appointment. it was unbelievable!

If you don't mind me asking I'm now going through the k1 process with my fiancé our interview is coming up next month I plan on going in with him . Any heads up or advice ? Any information is useful and how was it at Poe? I'd really like to be with him when he enters to help ask or clarify any questions . How long with your interview and did your spouse attend with you ? I read that if I go it will be shorter idk ?

You can go to Guyana post office and receive what the consider original birth certificate . Thas the one that should have been sent to begin with because they don't accept birth certificates that are more that 2 years old

Hey feb filers just a quick question for those of you have have completed the process once you pay the visa fee before the interview is there another fee to be paid ? And we're most of you issued the visa right then and there at the interview ?

Hey feb forum March filter here I recently reviewed noa2. Just a few questions I'm hoping someone here has already been through and can help ? Once I receive my case number from nvc should I get my fiancé to do medical and police clearance right away along with schedule interview ? That way by the time nvc mails out packet to the embassy and the embassy mails him packet 3 we will already have everything and an interview scheduled ? Or do we HAVE to wait for the embassy to send packet 3 and follow instructions from there . I'm trying to be proactive and cut down on the time line and waiting . Please advise !! Any info would be amazing thank you !!
