It's been 2 months since we sent AoS package (K1 visa). We got Request for Initial Evidence and replied asap. Now it says response was received. What is going to happen next? Did someone else have the same situation? How long have you been waiting for EAD/Advance Parole.

Can I fly to other state for vacation after getting married. Got married within 90 days. Adjustment of status sent after 90 days.

Is it bad to travel even within states before getting any notifications form uscis about our case?

My finance told me he was going to pay to lawer for Marriage Contract. We are not married yet. It's been 5 days in America. The lawer said its going take a while, but I don't to stay at home so long. I wilould like to work etc.

Should I actually worry about something? How many of you went through contracts like that.
