I feel sorry for the people they ask question and don't bother to make timeline as they are selfish ... Don't want other to have idea .. You are using VJ but nvr setup timeline ...

So sorry about that, and I update my timeline already.

Not everyone gets approved instantly. Majority of applicant's cases are normally reviewed by a supervisor before approval. This could take from a few hours to days, weeks or several months for some people. USCIS has 120days post interview though to adjudicate with a decision, after which you can pursue further action like involving your local congressman/senator up to the point of suing. Hopefully it won't go that far.

I had my interview two weeks ago, but no decision was made. After checking my status online, this is what was written.

Current Status: Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed.

Can somebody tell me what this means? Thanks
