-
No.
everything is fine. My fiance has the visa.
she'll be here in CHICAGO/USA This Coming Monday.
-
Hello Anita.. what do you mean?? lolll. My case never been lost.
-
June 8th approval and NVC tells me the same exact thing as you. Just hit my 4 week mark today I see some people have already reached NVC with really similar or even later noa2 approval dates but not me yet
Hopefully we get there soon let's keep each other updated. They're being really slow even though I also seen people get it within 2 weeks or so. Good luck to us all.
Hey!!
Any news ? what happened with your case?
-
thank you.

Hello Everyone.
I was wondering if my fiance must pay any fees upon arrivals to US/CHICAGO Airport?
Any ideas?

if they e-mailed me stating that National visa center have received your petition then it's there for sure.
they won't e-mail a false e-mails just like that.
Trust me they have it but did not input it onto their system yet.
Remember National visa center might go future on Administrators process and your case might take a bit of time to issue A Case Number.
if i was you i would wait and not send anything to the uscis. U don't want to mix things up special on your final stage of the process.
Give it time till Monday and if necessary another week before you step into the next.
Good luck.
My case Has reached The Embassy and they e-mailed me and my fiance schedule the interview and paid the fees. and about to go for medical exam end of this month. The earliest open interview was A month ahead which is on Sept" 15/2016
thanks to my congressman who stood up and helped me through all this process.
One more thing.
i never received anything through my e-mail even thought they mentioned ( U.S Embassy ) sent you e-mail for the next step which i never received it.
My congress man was the person who informed me regarding this matter!!!

Same boat here, 7 weeks and still haven't received it. USCIS gives me a bunch of bologna Everytime I've tried talking to a tier 2 and says it's not in their hands that they send petitions out in bulk once they're received- so I asked for a date it was sent and they said that's not in their system (which is a lie because I know a few people who were told the exact date it was sent).
Idk if I don't have luck with the tier 2s at USCIS or something is up with our case and it was just delayed being sent out and they don't want to admit it and keep giving the 90 day spiel (which is absurd)
USCIS sent me an email July 15after a service request inquiry I put in July 12th saying basically- we approved your case June 8 and it is in the process of being transferred to NVC..... That's it.
I got my senator involved after I sent the emails to NVCresearch and asknvc with my noa2 attached like they told me to do after 6 weeks and they responded back a week later saying they don't have it and will contact USCIS. My senators office was super quick and within 2 days spoke to NVC and asked them to immediately locate the file. NVC responded same day to them saying they will be working with USCIS to move my case forward- idk how long or when but I guess I'll just have to wait
Maybe it's time for you to contact your senators office too? Maybe it will put some pressure on them? Idk... I am hoping that my senator can be some help in this and help the case move forward but I'll only know if and when I get results.
Sorry your in the Same position this is super frustrating and I agree it's unfair they aren't telling us where our petitions are or more information- I feel like we have a right to know! Especially when it's over normal processing times
any updates?

Hello Bsmoli,
my case was received by the embassy on August 1/2016 and yesterday they e-mailed me.
You can do the DS-160 Before you receiving an e-mail from them. But u cannot preform the medical exam unless so.
I suggest you waiting about a week or 10 days then fill out the DS-160 And Schedule an interview.
By the way. The only Reason they respond that quickly even tho they are currently experiencing a high volume of K1/K3 petitions and have a significant backlog.
My Congressman has been back and forth with them inquiring in regarding of this matter.
My interview date is September 15/2016 I' am going to Lebanon before this date for sure.
Also you have to Schedule the interview your self and fill out the ds160 and pay 265 dollars fee.
And after you receive the e-mail from them you can go ahead and Schedule The Medical Exam
Send me your phone # I will call you and tell you the steps.

see, if she schedule at the doctors and the embassy didn't send me any e-mail or notification lol.
the interview appointment Not a big deal but the e-mail is very important..

I'm in the us right now and i will do like you said. schedule the interview and book a flight to beirut.
But what about the medical exams? How would i attempt that without any e-mail or notice?
You think the Case number is enough for the doctors to perform the process without any notification from the embassy?
I know they received it cuz i tracked it lol DHL.
it was received on august the 1st plus here what it says on the CEAC website.

These instructions was provided to me By A e-mail replay i recently sent to Beirutiv@state.gov
Fiancé(e) K-1 and Spouse K-3 Visas
We are currently experiencing a high volume of K1/K3 petitions and have a significant backlog. Once we receive a file from NVC we will email the petitioner and beneficiary and provide instructions on required documents and procedures. Please make sure you provide a valid email address on your petition, or we may not be able to contact you upon receipt of your file. Any petitions that expire during this period will be extended as necessary to cover the additional time. What you think? should i schedule online without that notification(e-mail) i suppose to receive from them?
My Case has been received Since August 1ST and updated on the 3rd and on the 9th it updated as well But my status remain as ( Read )
