First uwi ko yun after almost 4 years of being here. I was worried too. Did a lot of research. I'm missing my Family a lot din and I wanted them to see their first grandkid and me being pregnant. Hi Mrs Virgo, 

Everything went well leaving US they didn't check or asked any docs just the usual tickets and passport. But going back to the US you just have to show your Marriage Contract if they asked, pero I don't remember na hinanap yun. I believe GC lang hinanap and passport and good to go. 😁 Pati sa Chicago O'Hare Airport Tix, Passport and GC lang. Bring your MC na lang just in case. 😉

Please I really need an immediate answer to this question:

Let say the 2015 Adjusted Gross Income of my husband didn't meet the Poverty Guidelines of 2016 but now he's earning way beyond our minimum household requirements. We already submitted all the things that will prove that they need such as ITR, W2s, Pay stubs and letter from his boss stating his annual income and how long he has been.

Do you guys think we need to have a joint sponsor? I'm confused.

Appreciate your immediate help cause I did try browsing to look for the same situation but I can't hoping someone can tell me what to do.
