Hi, my online status for AOS form I-485 has said "As of July 27, 2016, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485," since that date for the Dallas, TX office. I just wanted to get get some feedback from anyone else who has been assigned to this office as to how long it took for them to actually get their interview scheduled. Thanks.

Hi everyone I'm new to VJ and need a little advice and/or guidance. I currently have my work permit through DACA and my wife is a US citizen, but instead of renewing my DACA we would like to just move forward with applying for my residency. One thing I don't know is if it makes any difference or speeds up the process since I have already been approved for DACA and if I just need the i-130 and I-485 forms? Thanks.
