Simply contact the embassy and let them know.

Have you also set an interview date? As long as there is 'action' on your case the embassy should auto-renew the expiration date. You could always just reschedule it as it got closer.

Just email or call them and make sure they are aware.

Thank you! But is there no need to contact the  NVC?

  2. Ok. Please only make one post and not have two posts with exactly the same topic and information on it. They are trying to determine if you have or had TB or not. So they will do some more tests, and if they determine that you have TB then you will have to go on medications and be seen back at date and time in the future before you are cleared for an interview. If they determine that you do not have TB then everything is fine and you go to interview.

But I never had active TB. Can I show another xray and medical certificate to st lukes from another hospital to prove I dont have active tb?

  3. Two months for the SPUTUM, if all is clear puts you into July, if there is an interview date available without a long wait you could make it to the States by early August (very likely)

Don't forget to complete CFO while you are waiting. ;)

But I don't have active TB. Should I really wait for 2 months? Can't I present to st lukes another xray and medical certificate from another hospital to prove I don't have tb, instead of waiting for 2 mos??

  4. Yesterday was supposed to be my last day of medical exam at St Luke's but unfortunarely, I was told to come back for 3day sputum test and wait 2mos for result.

I had a small lung scar (from my childhood but had been already cured a long time ago) that they saw on my xray result which they said was suspicious for TB.

Please help me what to do, my fiance and I were planning to get married by August but this came up ?

  6. The procedure we did on filing the petition form is quite different from the usual i guess.

On January 26,2016 the USCIS received the Form I-129f (only) sent by my fiance and after a week we received the NOA 1. Last month I saw this visajourney site and i got concerned if we did the right thing that we first sent in the petition form only without the required documents. After having seen the list of documents needed, we then completed them right away and on March 1, we sent in all the requirements with the receipt of payment for the petition.

On March 6 my fiance got the return receipt from Dallas Lockbox.

My questions are if what we did was alright? And how long will it take for me to receive the NOA 2?

    Thank you so much!
