  1. Your not the only 1. We are in the same boat. We are at 96 days now. Already called and had SR done. Still no movement I am tracking all the I765 cases around ours and there are quite a few not processed yet (Stuck at case received). Seems many have the same date as Aug 4th. However some are Aug 3 and 5th.

I am using a phone app to track all the I765s within a range I selected. It updates me when there is a status change in any of the 56 cases I am currently tracking. I am also using a spreadsheet to log them. I'll try to post a screenshot of it here.

I also when back a few thousand cases to see whats going on.

The oldest "left behind" case I can see is dated 7/27/2016. Before that I don't see any pending cases.

The case number just before ours was approved yesterday. However it was a spousal visa case (I can tell by the cases adjacent to it). If you would like me to track your case (if it is not on my list already. Lol) then just PM me the last 5 and I will add it as well as any other cases I can find near your case. Its a little bit of a pain to setup, but after setup it is easy to update.

No issue with posting the numbers as they are available to anyone with a computer and are do not show any names. Same as the apps.

    Regards

    Rick

What immigrant office is processing your case? My case is at Lee's Summit, Missouri and I also check dozens of cases around mine, 90% of I-765 was approved. but that would be nice if you can help me to look up more.(I have PM my case number to you, thanks.)

  2. Did you you make a Service Request as 75 days passed since you filed?

If not, do that! You can do it online and it takes less than 5 minutes to do it.

yes, I did a SR on this Monday afternoon, right after back from the worthless INFOPASS. they say SR could take up to 30 days to get a respond though. :(

Keep calling, that's what I did! I called until I got what I wanted. Did you get a bio appointment?

I had bio appointment way back to first week of Sep. I will keep calling them.. so sad.

  3. Seems I am the only one left behind... My I-765 is pending on Case Was Received more than 80 days, I did info pass, but the lady just told me to keep waiting, she can't help with it. Right after back from immigrant office, I called tire 2 officer, he was friendly but only told me let me be patient. What else i can do now? I really need get a job. :(

  4. Hi everyone, I responded my I-485 RFE and it was delivered to Immigrant office on Oct 18Th , but on USCIS website my case status is still not updated to My Respond For RFE Was Received. I called Tier 2 yesterday ,and he said I should wait 60 days more !!!? I'm so panic now, cause it affects my EAD now. Which I really need the EAD :crying: , what I should do right now?

I used USPS priority mail for sending my RFE , is the possibility they lost my mail?

  5. Guys,

So I did a SR Today and I got a response that I did not show up for my biometrics and they will reschedule!!! OMG I did a walk in on AUGUST 19!!! Are you kidding me??

    This is what I got:

USCIS systems indicate that on 8/31/2016, USCIS requested that you appear at the Application Support Center (ASC) for biometrics processing associated with your case. It appears that you may have missed your appointment. Your application information has been re-entered into the system which schedules applicants for biometrics at their local ASC. Biometrics appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the ASC. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an ASC Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local ASC. You must take the ASC Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment.

oh... did you fix that problem? I also did early walk in... hope it's good. good luck!!

  6. Goesaround,

Dont stress till you get the letter. It may be as simple as a missing signature. No matter what it is they will tell you exactly what they want.

    Good luck hang in there

    Oh god, I hope so.

Btw.. Does I-485 RIF would effect to my I-131/765? Thank you.

Even if you have a joint sponsor, your husband is still the primary sponsor, and still needs to fill out an I-864 and provide either a tax return or an explanation of why he did not have to file a return. Living abroad doesn't exempt you from having to file taxes (though earning less than a minimum threshold does, varies by filing status).

Thanks, Now we don't even know how to fix up tax return, like how to file past years tax returns....

  7. My I-485 online status just updated to"Request For Initial Evidence" (Day 38), I guess it's my husband's tax return issue.

My husband never filed taxes since he worked in china for past 6 years and he just got his first job in USA this month, so he didn't submit tax return. but his dad is our joint sponsor who has sufficient income, so we only submit his dad's i-864 and tax return etc. so what my husband and I should to do if RIFE letter requires my husband's tax return? any advises? thanks for your help in advance.

  8. It honestly doesn't matter what kind of relationship you're in, someone is always going to be vindictive and have something to say about it.

I got some very hurtful comments from my husband's ex's sister on my personal Instagram account. One such comment was on our engagement picture stating, "what a beautiful green card you have there". I am a grown woman who makes her own choices in life, from a country that is on the same level as the USA. Ideally I didn't want to leave my home country, but I did for love.

You just have to block the people that cause drama, they're not your friends.

really??? lol an american comments "what a beautiful green card you have there" to a British? she's so arrgoant and hateful.

  9. Hello all,

I'm really confused here. Please help!

we got NOA2 on March 8th.

On April, NVC received our case and forwarded it to the embassy.

the case staus changed from "in transit" to "ready"

The case status was "ready" since around april 15th. (that means the embassy received the case right?)

Until 4days ago the case status changed into "administrative processing"

My first question is when am I supposed to fill out DS-160? I haven't receive packet3 yet. I thought I need to receive packet3 before i fill out the form

my second question is what is going on with "administrative processing"?

    .. :oops::clock:

hey, you can fill out DS-160 online once consulate received your case. i did it few days ago, and consulate has just sent out p3 to me 2 days ago. we're at same page.

  10. Interview is in less than 12 hours, time to turn in for the night and prep for tomorrow morning. The future Mrs is a little nervous, but I am here to support her.

good luck! I have a question...was you Packet 3 emailed or mailed? and what's exactly in the packet, i got very confused with Packet 4. I'm currently waiting for NVC#. thanks a lot for your answer!
