Good day folks. We just had our marriage on the 23rd of November at Detroit , Michigan Wayne County Marriage Office . We about to file AOS, EAD and AP now. Please can we mail to the Detroit USCIS office or the California Service Centre. Also can I get my AP before traveling to Nigeria on the 12 of January, 2017 for an emmergency.

Dear VJs, I just want to know if 8 months is too short a periold for one to get a K1 vjsa. my finacee visited in feb. shes vjsiting in june for the second tiime. within months. she filed for the visa may and hard copy was received withiin days. pleade what do we do after she visits again. can we frontload pics and convo again before NOA2.
