Hi everyone.

In mars my fiancee went for her interview but never got her visa instead her case was sent back to the NVC for AP.

It was painfull and we waited impatiently I called there every days to check I even contacted my congressman to help us and after 7 long months her case was sent back to uscis last week.

My question is what now?

Is my fiancee gona get a second interview?

What to do now?

Please some one tell me what to do next when my doccument ses return to nvc?

My case ses sent back to the nvc la that mean de will mot get the visa se were dénués?

They said on the paper They gave me that They would contact le but i check my case online le said no statu check with the consulat in charge of your case

I check the status of visa application online it said no status contact the consulat in charge or your case but when i call the ambassy They say my case la in ap

What la that mean?

Yes but my fiancee had them in her purse so she gave it right there and she cross off everything that was check but she still gave my fiancee the 221g not a denial but ap.

Every letter every pictures copy of money that I sent her every email and we seen eacheother twice in the pas 2 years.

Since I was planing on going back in may I figure it would be easier if we just get married and wait

Well the 221g wasn't à denial 221g it is like a check list for thing that was missing but she had in her bag so she gave it to them and the only thing on it it said that we will contact u for your next appointment

I Just want To know like u said life in Senegal is to hard.

What bugs me is they never said anything was wrong with her papers or of anything was missing.

That is wrong I think of they do that they need to stop people's want to be with there love one.

I rather be denied than be in ap that way if i am denied I can go there or start all over but it is wrong to hold the case for year.
