    Hello,

     

    I am in the same boat

     

    I filed I 751 waiver today, with lot of bona fide marriage documents. I can surly prove mine is a good faith marriage.

    But for abuse: TRO, Divorce notice, all photos of injuries (5),

    emails from her acknowledging she hits me when she is angry.

    Phsy evaluation, visits to Phsy doctor and prescriptions of anti depressants to me and self declaration.

     

    I don't know if those documents are enough. 

     

    Can you please tell me if I have enough documents to prove abuse?

     

    Do you mind sharing what all you provided?

     

    I saw for other thread that yours got approved. Thanks.
