My priority date is August 2005 for f4 visa category when will my PD becomes current

thn it takes another 3 years

In your other thread, you say your priority date is April 2003, here you say 11/16/2004. Which is it? That will make a difference to the answers you get.....

It is very possible that you hear something from the government in 6 month or so, as your uncle sayss, but you won't get an interview for another 1.5 years or more, going by current priority dates that you saw in the link to the USCIS. Of course, processing may speed up or slow down, so it could be a few months more or less.

As per my experience F4 visa timeline is 13 years 1 month

No exact date can be given, your your case shold take another 1.5- 2 years until interview.

If you read the blurb between the two date charts on https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin/2016/visa-bulletin-for-april-2016.html it explains it; in simple terms the 2003 is what they are working on. The 2004 is the date where YOU can start assembling stuff for the next step, because " The chart below reflects dates for filing visa applications within a timeframe justifying immediate action in the application process."

FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES it shows the date 01 july 2003

but DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED

VISA APPLICATIONS it shows the date 01 may 2004

for FB-4 visa applicant!
