Hi all, I'm new to this.
husband and I filed I-130 and got our recipe from uscis.They accepted it on 2-3-16. How long is the usual wait for approval? On a chart I had seen it said they were on cases from 8-2015.

If you have a lawyer, how will the DS-261 be filed? From the beneficiary or the lawyer? I've read a few different t things on this. Thank you in advance for any help you may provide.
