Hi Chris! I'm now concerned on how my case would turn out. Sorry to cut in, but I've been following this page ever since. I think we have the same problem. I haven't gotten any response yet after the noa 1, but I'd like to ask does any one of you knows how long should we wait before we file for K1 visa? We got my fiancé'a divorce decree last November?

I'll be checking the mail every single day after work and whatever proof they need I will have it printed out and at Fedex the same day. I assume they might wanna see an airplane ticket or something since I was still legally married only until December although I have been with my fiance ever since our separation nearly 3 years ago. Even if I need a statement from my ex that won't be a problem. This visa will happen and no RFE will stop us lol
