  1. No the original i-864 form is not required, unless NVC specifically asked you to resubmit it for interview. But do take the copy of i-864 which you submitted to NVC.

I called NVC and they said I don't need to bring another i864 to the interview because they sent the one I submitted to the embassy. I didn't keep any copy incase I need to submit one again I will fill out a new form and present it at the embassy.
  2. Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

Do i need to fill out the I864 again?

I sent everything to nvc from joint sponsor's, household member's and my s2013-2015 Irs tax transcripts, w2's, recent pay stub, and 1040 forms last june 25 2016. Do i need to bring everything to the interview?

exactly the same question that am asking. I'm totally confused on that section.
  3. You are a ways away from an interview date. You have to wait first for your PD to become current they are just at 15SEP09 you are 16JAN25 so at least another 5 to 6 months for you to wait. Sorry.

You need to be watching the Visa Bulletin. It will start moving on October.

Also can you please change your profile to Cameroon.

Am a citizen. My cases are IR2 and IR5 I don't have to wait for visa to become current.
  4. I think Hubby is Approved! He was There for almost 3 hours, the interview itself was less than 10 mins. He was asked the following question by a very pleasant CO:

    - Where does your wife lives

    - Is she a US citizen? How long has she been living in the US

    - How did you meet?

    - When did you get married?

    - what field does she work in?

    - Do you work here? what field are you in

Then she looked at my taxes and said that I didn't meet the income limit for 2015 (I only work for 4 months in 2015, I had added a letter in my file explaining that), then hubby told her that I started my new Job in August 2015 and therefore the 2015 Taxes didn't reflect my full income, he then told her that I sent her all my pay stub from January til now. She asked to see them and kept them and told him that it's more than sufficient o meet the income limit, so we don't need a co-sponsor. She asked him when did he do the medical because she didn't have that in his files, he told her July 2nd and he told her that the medical center had called him last week to inform him that the result were sent to the consulate. She then told him that they probably have it in the receive box at the consulate since she hadn't reviewed his file before the interview.

She then told him that everything looks good and she will go ahead and find his medical then the consulate will call him to come pick up his passport and visa (They kept his passport). He then asked her what should I tell my wife if she asked me how did it go? the CO then smiled and said " Tell her it went fine and there is no issue".

I just checked the case status on Ceac it says AP now.

    congratulations!!!!
