Lol you both panic again! tell u what back in July i received reply from my senator and was told visas are still in under administrative process  and if i dont hear anything from embassy untill december get back to them. I was surperised because in routine i can ask for update every month from senator and after every 2 months directly from embassy. But this time i was asked to wait until december.  I decided to ask for update from embassy directly and surperisingly i didnt receive any update from them yet, despite the fact i used to get reply from them within week but its over 2 weeks now and last update to the case is 27 august which is auto- so i assume something gonna happen in on or before december. Nah koi nai, zain is also in ap for 2 years now also peterson i guess.

No, no social media form at any stage/case. Simple plain process approved i730, interviewed and issued visas within a week. Just one case is in Ap since 2016 and i dont know why. Nothing has been asked so far for that particular case except one call from embassy, where we been told passports are about to expire if we donot hear anything until June than we should ask for passports in order to renew them.

Nah man still in AP. Apart from this i had two more family cases in 2018. Their visas were issued within a week though but 2016 case is still in AP.

Thanks man, well honestly speaking i just make sure their documents are complete other than that everything was same. In first interview she was missing her birth certificate which was submitted within a week though but since than the case is in ap and its 22 months now. 

For other cases like i said i just make sure everything is in place and wola not only cases approved but also the status changes to issued within a week after interviewed. Prayers are always there...no taweez no wazeefa. Its all about luck.

Lol, thanks. Now looking for 7th march interview as vo said visas approved you will be getting passports in 5-10 days. 

Maybe but i mean by family is immediate family not parents. Lol

I dont think so the 2016 case is family case too. Still pending. This one issued within a week after interview.

Yup all our cases are based on i730.

Visas issued for feb 28 case today. March 7th interview passports are taken by saying u gonna get visa in 5-10 days. No update for far for 2016 cases.

once they gather all 100 they will issue the visa to all of Us. Hehehehe

Hey Peter i was just wondering since ur case is based on I730 what category you put on i765 form?

I dont remmember call though but at the time.of interview they ask u to write down your sblings details and phone numbers on the paper. With the new relative interview they didnt ask any such thing.

Nope no such form may be its introduced in 2017.

Peter, last month we get a call too regarding job details and passports expiration. All they said if you dont hear anything untill June, get yr passport back and renew it.
