Right, I don't know if the fact that I was with the ex for over 5 years would be helpful so by no means I am visa shopping. Things just happened a lot faster this time around and I have been thinking of possible questions that may be asked and I believe I am able (= have the evidence) to show me and my fiancé are solid. Still nervous though as you never know what they may think.

I have my k1 interview soon and the closer the date gets, the more I start to worry. My ex filed for a K1 for me in the beginning of 2015 and the said K1 was withdrawn by him 8/2015 (however we already broke up around April but he just didn't send the letter in sooner).

Quite soon after that I met my now fiancé online and he visited me 11/15, 12/15-1/16 (got engaged during that visit) and 4/2016. We filed for K1 3/2016, got approved 6/2016. My guess is they will ask for questions about this but will it be seen as a red flag? My fiancé is trying to convince me I will be fine but I am not sure about it as we have proceeded so quickly after the withdrawn petition. Thanks.

Received the hard copy of NOA2 (took 3 days to get it) and noticed that the NOA1 date on the hard copy is April 6th even though originally it was April 4th. I doubt this makes a difference but just wanted to ask if anyone thinks this could be an issue? All the other information on the NOA2 is correct.

Status got updated pretty much exactly at 22.45 EDT. Now to figure out what all stuff I need to prepare for interview and so worth. So happy.

Good luck to everyone else still waiting. No idea why ours took this "long" but maybe this gives a glimmer of hope for the early April filers.

NOA1 4/4 and still nothing. Always disappointing to wake up and see no changes.

Don't worry, don't freak out. From what I can tell, they don't really go in order based on submission dates. It's just a general timeline. People with March NOA1s are still getting processed, so it's really a period of dates that are being processed, roughly between late March and mid-April at the moment. It will happen soon for you

However, if it gets deep into July, I would start worrying, lol.

For the fourth time in the past two weeks, my timeline has moved back a day. These are very good trends lately.

Thank you for the response! I just need to have a bit more patience. I really do hope it happens any day now because this waiting is driving me nuts. Glad the speed seems to be picking up as it was pretty slow for a while.

Is there anyone else with a NOA1 date of 4/4/16 or even earlier? Just wondering why still no response and can't help but to worry.

Been following this thread for a while and congratulations to all of you who have gotten NOA2. Getting a little discouraged with our NOA1 date of 4/4. Still waiting for NOA2.?

Filed for a K1 2/2015. A bit after filing my ex (the petitioner) decided to broke things off. A withdrawal letter was sent in 8/2015. Couple of weeks later ex received an approval letter from USCIS. However I never received an invitation to an interview at the embassy or any other documents. A little after that ex received a letter stating that the K1 has been withdrawn.

I have been dating a guy who lives in US and he has visited me twice (met online 10/15, got engaged 1/15) and we have an upcoming visit in few weeks. We have been discussing future and considering different options. Seeing that I have a withdrawn K1 application (that was approved at one point), will it cause issues with the possible new filing of K1 with my fiancé? I live in Sweden.
