You are welcome. I just got off the phone with NVC officer and he said you only $120 for both petitions (my dad and mum) but I have to pay the IV fee $325 twice and that would come up soon.

Payments are separated for each of your parents. Now allow 3 or 4 day to complete the AOS payment for ur dad. And then u will be able to pay the $325 of visa application.

Now with your mom. Case number and pin number make same thing as you did for ur dad. Good luck with this process.

Hey! I just got an email to pay for the AOS and I just did. Remember I said I can't do that yesterday? I got a welcome email today from NVC and prompt me to pay $120 for the AOS and the documents needed to be sent.

There is something weird i notice. When I paid for my dad, it changed from both AOS changed to "IN PROCESS". Does that mean I only have to pay for one person cos I got two different receipts for both of them but I only pay for my Dad.

Hi! If you already paid $120 today. Allow them 3 or 4 business days to process that payment after that you can pay the fees for IV. Normal process. I did it one months ago. You should get a receipt for the AOS Bill. After you make the payment. That you can printed and save.

Thanks. I don't not have a link to pay for the AOS yet. It shows N/A and the IV that has a link shows "NOT INVOICED". Therefore, I'm lost and I don't know what to do. May be I just have to wait for couple days before checking again.

I got the case # and Invoice # for my parents today. I completed the DS261 form but I'm concern about the IV fee. I saw a link that says "PAY NOW" but when I clicked on it, nothing happen. Does that mean I can't pay now or there is a technical issue. The AOS shows N/A

My case was transferred to NVC on March 25th. I called today and I was told they receive my petitions on March 30th and I should wait for 42days to get my case number.... Do I have to wait that long before getting the case number?

Then 5 days that I pay the $120 of affidavit I pay the $ 325 of visa application and 3 days ago I submitted the visa application form online. So now they are waiting for me to send the I-864 form and photocopies of birth certificate. To start working on my case. If everything goes well my mother can have an interview 2 or 3 months in Dominican Republic.

Wow!! Oh ok..... I don't know yours was separated my applications have been together since I submitted them in October. Thanks for the heads up!! I believe I need like $1000 to pay for the affidavit and visa app.

Thanks man!! I submitted both applications together in October and they both got Xfer in November.

When I tried to submit an inquiry early this month, the website won't let me but I tried again last week Friday and it was accepted and today I got approved :)

May I point out that some of us who are still waiting past the 5 month mark are from Iraq, Bosnia, Morocco, and Tunisia :/

I submitted two petitions and both got approved today. I'm so glad. Now I can see my dad and mum on my graduation... sigh!! Smiles!!!

I just received a text message that there is an update on my case.

When I click on the website sent in the text message, I got the best Easter gift ever!!!!

I submitted an inquiry on their website on Friday and today, my case status changed to CASE HAS APPROVED!!

My PD is on 10/6/2015 and when I called last week, I was told pending and the lady told me it's usual and my case is still within the processing time.

I tried to open a case inquiry on their website today and the system told me the case is still within the processing time. I'm kind of confuse if the processing time has changed or may be they change my PD after transferring the case to Potomac on November 9th.

I called today and was told the applications are still pending. It would be 5 months on March 6th.
