    Congratulations!

How long did it take for the oath ceremony letter to arrive via snail mail? Also is the oath letter uploaded onto the USCIS website similar to the bio metrics and interview letters? If so how soon did the letter get uploaded onto the USCIS website after a successful interview resulting in the approval of the n400 application. Thanks!

I got the email notice on Wednesday 4/18/18 about oath ceremony being schedule and they send the letter, recieve the letter today Monday 4/23/18and I saw the postage was stamp on Friday 4/20/18, meaning they send my letter out 2 days after they post it online, so it really depends if they already send it out, so from Friday to Monday was not that bad cuz minus they weekend it took 2 day. Good luck

  2. Hey guys, thank you all for your support all these years, I’m really grateful to have you all by my side for sharing our journey together, I had my interview done on 4/10/18 everything when well, I got a email saying in line for oath ceremony on 4/12/18, than on 4/18/18 another email for oath ceremony schedule, got the oath ceremony letter today in the mail and it’s schedule for 5/18/18, I think it took longer cuz I’m having a name change, but the wait is over , now I know when I will be sworn in. I wish you all the best and hope you all get yours done soon.

can someone please update for me, thank you 😊

@Gabs1314, any news from your Oakland Park office?

Hi sunshinestate2013, still showing in line for interview, I’m not sure if I should called them cuz some of my friends already have a interview date and they even have their fingerprints taken later than me, the only difference is that they been having their green card for 5 years and that they didn’t get them through spouse, but I’m filling under the 3 year rules, do you think that would make a difference?? Thanks

Thats good to know! We got the biometrics letter exactly a month after we sent the application in, but the office ended up closing due to the "big snowstorm that never was". It says they'll automatically reschedule, but we still haven't received a notice regarding such. Lots and lots of time to study :-p

You can just walk in and try, last time I when away and by the time I came back from vacation it was about 13 days later than the bio appointment date, but I still walk in and they did it for me and everything was fine.

  5. Hi everyone, I just send my N400 express next day through USPS to lockbox Dallas,Texas.

It will arrive before noon tomorrow, am I considered a February or March filers?

If I'm a February filer can someone please add my info for me ? My green card date was 05/27/2014, my field office will be Oakland Park, Florida. I Dont know how to do it. Super thanks

  6. I tried #1 because I was having problems. The guy issued me the stamp and then canceled it when he realized my extension wasn't expired. Apparently they're instructed not to issue stamps for people with valid extension letters.

    Just a heads up.

I when and got a stamp on my passport around 1 1/2 month after I received my exstention letter, I make a appointment with info pass, and explain to them that I needed to travel to South America and that they won't recognize this letter and that I'm worry that I won't be allow on the flight and the guy when to the back talk to a supervisor and they just issued me a stamp on my passport with 1 year from the date the stamp is issued, the stamp say it's for both green card and work, btw I did over heard them saying that some countries really don't recognize this letter, I don't know for sure but maybe you wanna try again, hopes you can get that stamp for your wife

  7. I called the 800 number to check on the status of my case. The lady who helped me was very nice and asked me if I wanted to submit a Service Request. I said yes. She submitted the Service Request for me and said that I should hear back from them in 15 days. :clock:

Hi sunshinestate2013 which number did you call ?? I have my bio done 04/01/16 and after that nothing yet, are you from Florida cuz I'm from Florida too, do you think they are doing the case by state or by date?? And I hope you are doing well with hurracaine Matthew, thanks

  8. I just came back yesterday from South America, going was smooth, coming back was easy the US custom know exactly what I was using just ask me for my finger prints and they can see everything from the case, before travel I also when to a USCIS field office and I got a i551 stamp on my passport it is like a temporary green card stamp with the same expectations date as your notice, they didn't even look at my expire green card, btw I did have a little delay with the airline however when coming back, they have not seen a noa before but they finally let me go after they spoke to some supervisor so I would say check with the airline you are flying with before hand
