They Kept our passports so we will get approved when I provide what they want.

They issue is that there are no originals to give them since the Danish government scan it in and then though out all documents so can't get what they want me to give them.

The stuff I gave them is how the Danish government does it so it is a limbo between those two right now.

Fiance arrived yesterday!!! Finally done!

Visa in hand!! Fiancé will be here next Monday!

Fiance will have The visa in hand on Tuesday. Yep need an appointment for that too! Not to sound contrite but seeing people still waiting for USCIS makes me furious. I feel for you guys. Yes I'm happy that mine worked out a little faster but good lord it should t be this difficult. Ok no more negativity from me as this should be a happy time. Just know I'm praying for you all that are still waiting for any news. Keep your heads up and know it won't be forever!

The wait for for the visa after the interview continues. But she should be here on the 21st. I'll update timeline when that happens.

Thanks everybody! I think what really helped was them expediting it to the NVC. Feels good to be done with this part. Interview was supper easy since we were together. The people that came alone were really stressed. Good luck to all of you. I'm going to enjoy Rio now!!

How did you look? Did they give you a DHL number?

How many days did you have between NOA2 and NVC case number?

I got my NOA2 on the 8th and they sent it out immediately. My congressman sent me a tracking number to watch it until it reached the NVC. So fortunately I knew when it shipped and arrived.

I am pretty much just going to wait until I hear something from the consulate here. I have finals for the next month so I am in no rush!

Yeah I'm going to try to do the same military expedite for the interview if able. My lawyer is working through the congressman. I'm hoping to get it done as fast as possible.

Just got my NVC Case # and Invoice ID. Hopefully will be at the consulate in Rio by the end of the week.

Just called and they received mine today but no case number yet so hopefully next week

I cales today and pissed the woman off lol. She asked when my NOA2 date was and I told her 8 April and she kinda laughed. She said the USCIS takes 30 days to send. I told her it arrived today at the NVC and I had a tracking number. She said oh well it'll take 40 days to open it. Lol. What a crock.

So what does everyone think? As soon as my FEDEX tracking number shows arrival at NVC should I start calling the next day?

Has anyone here ever received a tracking number for the visa transfer to the NVC from the USCIS? I just got an email from my Congressmans office and they gave me a tracking number. Now, I did get approved for an expedite after 65 days of fighting with them so maybe that's why. Anyway my NOA2 was the 8th and it was sent out that day and it's somewhere in Kansas right now heading to the NVC. I was just wondering if this is normal cause I see everyone else saying they have to wait 20 business days to start calling.
