If u really wanna know abt it u need to hire a lawyer,NVC at call center does not have time to explain. We also do not have any clue how these measure are calculated.

Put 15 October F3, India/China/Rest Of the world or anything you want-It will say "Based on Mar 2016 data, your Priority Date may become current around April 2016"

Put 14 October -F3-It will say-"Congratulations, your priority date is current."

I am posing a question on behalf of my friend whose PD is July 2005-

His Grandfather (Petitioner)is old now and have earned 40 quarters and have SSA earnings, so he needs to fill out I-864W instead of I-864. Now he does not have any income to support 10 ppl, does he have to ask some house hold member to get his I-864A, or is he exempted from i-864A and I-864.

Has any one experienced this?

They can not tell you anything about next month, they are allowed to talk about current month because there are still possibility that Feb VB still can be changed before end of 31 January (we have seen updated VB posted sometimes for same month.)

First month of every week US consulates abroad send NVC how many slots they have available for each catagory, based on that NVC in US schedules interview based on 1)PD 2) case complete order.Last month some received early IL letter because of holidays(X-mas,New Year).If anyone to receive IL for March should receive email within next 2 weeks.Hope this helps.

u will go to interview in april and il issue before 45 to 50 days

If we expect 5 weeks movement in March then I will go for interview in March and receive IL in Feb

Have you inquired for visa schedule?

Some times they missed notifying applicant and done phone call, that happen with my uncle. He called consulate and rescheduled interview date, got letter by email.

NVC informed me that my case has been completed as of yesterday.now again another long wait started-PD October 31, 2004.

Not yet. I am still waiting. I have to call to NVC every single day to get a positive answer...

I applied for DS 260 on June 15th, and i called to NVC to ask about my case and the Guy told me he didn't see any application for DS 260. So now he will contact his Supervisor to see what's going on with my case.
