Update needed, for those who are doing the spreadsheet. Our case complete was recorded already (4/25/2016). We received our interview date for 6/20/2016. It was scheduled on April 30th...I didn't even know they were open on Saturdays. Thanks in advance and good luck to us all!

No, you go to dwheels spreadhsheet only after you get your Case Complete at NVC. I am gonna put you in my spread sheet (link in my signature below). Do inform us when you get a Case Complete.
