Since your profile says that you are chasing the Cr-1 via DCF I am going to say that right now you do not have claims to U.S. citizenship.  When you enter the U.S. you will be a permanent resident.  You will not have a US passport as you will not be a US citizen.

    Good luck

Nope, I didn't sibmit for CR1 via DCF since my husband still have more than a year oversea.

  2. Hi everyone,

My husband is an active duty and now working in Belgium and I'm from Indonesia  and somehow get to live with my husband in Belgium last year after we got married, I entered Belgium only using the a command sponsorship letter.

We submitted our first package on February 2017 and still waiting for approval. I have question If I get approved for my IR 1 visa :

    1. Can I enter United States using military airplane ?

    2. We're planning to visit his family for a month and fly back to Europe,he still have a year or more to move to an another base , can I fly back with him to Europe by not to worry about staying too long outside the State and lost my green card or US citizenship?

    3. Can I get my US passport done on my first visit before flying back to Europe ?

    TIA
