Hi

I recently came in the US on a IR2 visa. I don't know what to do now to get the greencard, all fees were paid before my interview. When I received my visa packet I didn't get to read the greencard info. I've been here for a month now and I'm curious on what next to do. I already got my social security number but need to know the next step for my greencard. Will it come in the mail? Is there a fee I should pay or something? 

Please inform me on what to do

I've heard ppl complain abt speaking to machines n not getting much info...altho they are from different countries..

U could try but I would advice u to email them..u might get more info specifically from ur case

This I experience from Jamaica embassy

My country is Jamaica

If its been more than 10 days after seeing issued then email the embassy, also idk if every country sends out confirmation emails

And my status says (your visa is been printed etc)

Did you received any confirmation or email from embassy after yourvisa has been issued?

Well I receive an email before seeing issued,it said that my case is in the final stage of processing n that I will receive my packet as long as I register with the courier service(dhl)

What are the type of questions asked for port of entry in America? What's the process is like?

Does any know abt sending documents to the embassy in Jamaica,how long it takes for the visa unit to receive it? And continue the process

So I sent documents to the embassy in ja last week Monday through dhl. Dhl email me saying the documents are now at the embassy. So I emailed the embassy friday,they responded this morning saying that they haven't received anything. Has anyone experienced this?

so on the embassy's instruction letter it says

1) go to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb,

2)click on the link '' print instructions,

3)then ''view courier-in Receipt'' at the bottom of the page and print the courier-in authorization certificate.

ok there is no ''view courier-in receipt at the bottom, so how can i print the certificate?

there is a print option at the top, that will print the whole page.can i just do that?

I don't think so but u can get a check up to be sure that it clears up...thats what I plan to do

It was okay...I was handed a white slip becuz they want tax return from my step mom...the CO said the sooner I send them the tax return the sooner I get the visa

So Andrews called earlier saying that I need to re-do my urine sample a week after my interview. Has anyone ever been through this? Will this delay the visa process?
