I became a residente in 2017 and I ll be eligible to apply for Citizenship in 2020, 3 yrs rule. 

I owed taxes from the years I worked as an Au Pair(J1visa). In 2019 I finally got to pay my late Au pair taxes and penalties so here is my question! 

We have to have good moral character to file N400 for 3 years before we file (Statutory Period). Could my application be denied since I paid my 2015 and 2016 taxes late and during the statutory period?

Please any help will be greatly appreciated 😊

Hi guys I need help I am new in the process I129f does anyone know after we get the NOA2 how much time do we have do go to the our Country Embassy to do our interview?

I am an Au pair and my Exchange ll be done by August 2016, so I still have 5 months in the US and we already started filling out I129f. What should I do, wait or mail them the I 129f?

Good morning, I am new here so every tip and help will be very appreciated so me and my fiance started filling out the I129f together and we BOTH signed all the forms: I 129F, G1145, G325a at the bottom of the sheet I am here with a J1 visa I am an Au pair so we get to see each other a lot and since we Were together filling Out All information we BOTH signed but now I m not sure if only him should sign all the forms or it's ok that we both signed everything?
