Hi VJ members my wife send both of AOS and IV packages and the NVC said that they recieved the packages at April 12 and its 45 days to scan the documents i hope that every thing is ok but i have a question about the medical examination that I had smoked hash few days ago and I heared that the embassy will deniy my case if they now that i am smoking drugs.. please any one help me

If yes what should i write as my income ? Do I submit a letter from my college as an explanation to my lack of income?

I am a USC and I want to file the AOS package for my spouse but I am a student and I have no income what should I do

Then call NVC and stay on the line until someone answers. The best time to call is right when they open at 7am EST. I'm not sure how that works out for you since there is a big time difference. They will ask you for your USCIS Receipt number. Then they can tell you if and when your case was received. Don't stress out yet until you have talked to someone at NVC directly.

Do you have your USCS Receipt #? If so, call NVC again and ask them if they ever received your petition. NVC is always busy so you will be on hold for a long time sometimes. Unfortunately, you just need to stay on the phone and wait if you want answers. I know it can be expensive calling from Egypt. I don't know if there is some service you can use that might be a cheaper way to call them.

Iam living in Egypt with my spouse and Iam already tried to contact the NVC by phone but they put me on hold every time

Hi i had send the i-130 petition for my spouse on october 20 and it was accepted on october 22 and forwarded to CSC and they approved it on November 16 but we didnt recieve any mail/email from USCIS/NVC just we contact the uscis lockbox support and they provide us with the information but when we tried to contact the NVC by phone and email many times no one answered so can any one help me and tell me what should i do
