Hi Sonja! I am in the same situation as you, we don't have a joint bank account, it is ridiculous because I can't even work yet so I don't know how they expect a joint bank account hahaha. I was wondering if you got approved with the evidence that you got, because I have the same evidence as you and my interview is going to be scheduled soon. Any other advice you could give me is more than welcome!!!

i did not have my interview yet, it is scheduled for the 5th Janurary. But lots of people told me the itnerview is just a formality. with approving at the USCIS stage we did not have any problem. And i saw people who sent only marriage certificate and few pics and they got approved too at USCIS.

they say here in Czech Rep. the itnerview is no drama at all. short and easy. so we will see.

Hey everyone!! Congrats to all the cc complete and interviews scheduled very happy for all.

My 6 weeks is complete and I called on 30th November to check if my case completed and I am so sad they didn't even touch my case the lady said they are backed up and she put me in supervisor review ?? !! Another 6 weeks. I want to know how long it take from them to complete? This is a very long and painful journey!!! ?

My scan date- 20th October

It took us exactly 8 weeks. But there are some people who got CC after 6 weeks and few days. But it depend case from case.

I think you should be fine. We also dont have joint bank account, car insurance, mortgage, as we have never lived together yet. We just sent marriage certificate, few affidavits of support from family and friends, bus tickets. photos of us togheter from different places, wedding pictures,pictures with families. chats from whats up between us and my husband familes.. Proves that our wedding was real- wedding recepits with our names on it. I think we would get approved even though we just sent few pics togheter, affidavits and marriage certificate. I think changes that you would not get approved are small.

AH!!!! I FINALLY GOT CASE COMPLETE!!!!!!! I am soooooooo soooooo sooooo happy!!! I already emailed the embassy in Vienna seeing if they have an open spot in December!!!! Scan date September 27! Good luck everyone!!! Keep calling and requesting to speak to a supervisor that's what I did the last couple days I kept annoying them !

Case complete:)))third n/a and confirmed by phone with NVC:) Today it has been exactly 8 weeks since the scan date. We called there few hours ago and the rep said no change in our case. I checked 2 hours after that call and i saw third n/a..

My scan date is September 23 and tmw it is exactly 8 weeks. Still no CC..

So many people getting CC and still no CC for me 21st Sep scan date in review since 3rd Nov ??

My husband called NVC today and was told him that he can see progress and that by end of this week we will get some news.

as my scan date was Sept 22nd and file was sent for supervisor review on Nov 4th.

Anyone was told same thing? is that mean CC will be this week ,,????

We also called today, and have been told that our file has not been touched yet and the same thing again the supervisor review can take 6 weeks. and that it depends who is reviewing the file. so at least they see progress in your file

My hubby is coming from Austria...we are at 8 weeks now and still no CC

Czech Republic is right next to Austria:) so hopefully when one of us get CC the other will too

Scan date 20 September. Rang 9 November and put on supervisor review (but was already in "document review" accordingly to NVC call centre). Got third "N/A" on 11 November. Received email today 15 November saying case will be forwarded to Embassy and to bring updated I864 and 2015 sponsor tax docs.

My wait was 7 weeks and 5days; supervisor review for 1 week and 5 days. September 20 scan date.

I had this same issue and got an exact answer from a rep. Its not first come first serve. The review department is split into teams the work together to review a region of the world. Some regions simply are more backed up than others. Each team has a supervisor that are also more backed up than others. The reps that answer calls are in a different department all together. If you want to know more or less where they are look for a recent CC for someone from the same country as you.

Yes this makes sense. Here on VJ there are not so many people from Czech Republic. At the similar time frame only 1, and they got reviewed in 3 days after being put in supervisor review. Today it is my 7th week and still not 3 n/a.

Here is my guess... They assign the work by region or case type to specific teams, then to specific employees. The employees work at different speeds. I get Employee Jim on Team A and my case sits six weeks, but somebody else gets Employee Jane on Team A (or maybe Team C), and their case gets done in six days. And if they're anything like other agencies, work rarely gets reassigned unless someone is going to be out on leave. So the reason they don't tell you is probably because they have absolutely no idea; or at least, the contact rep has no idea, because they just don't know when Employee X is going to finish. And I'm pretty sure they aren't using some form of just-in-time case assignment, where employees get cases automatically when they finish one, since I've yet to see a government agency that didn't have someone actually *assigning* cases to employees.

Ya that's all they ever told me during the normal review and so far on supervisor review. I've asked a few times if there is like a "queue" and if they could indicate where we are in that queue but they've always said no. I've asked if it's under review or just in line and most of time they just say "We can't say it will be done when it's done" or something like that.

I would imagine there must be some sort of queue in which case I wonder why they can't say "We have 50 cases ahead of yours" or something. I don't know how they decide to review cases in specific orders.

Scan date was September 27 and got put on supervisor review on Tuesday. I just called and they said my case already is getting worked on finally it's under ACTUAL review !! Thank God!! Hope CC soon
