Thank y'all for the welcoming. I learn a lot regarding the process to request with my spouse. It looks like patience is the key word for any adminstration thing. Since my wife move in france, we deal with french bureaucraty and patience is also a key word. I keep you posted about the process to get this green card to move to US. I have my timeline updated

According to French Law and Us law, the maximum transfer allow with to fill something to both customs are 10000 $ or Euros (http://www.douane.gouv.fr/articles/a10796-obligation-declarative-des-sommes-titres-et-valeurs). So you should be good. PayPal is for my case one of the best way to do it. French bank have fees as well some US bank when receiving an international transfer.
Just something to consider, it will be good to keep a french bank account, just in case you and your spouse will live in France in the futur. Open a bank account in France is quite a challenge. Without a French address you can open a bank account, without a bank account you can't rent an appartement as well as a phone plan. that's the beauty of France,
