  1. Be aware just because one or two of January's have been approved does not mean they are working all on that date.

    That one case could be expedite or Philippines case. They are given priority.

    Fact is fact buddy. and there are not only two cases approved... more than the number you said had got RFE.

    expedite cases takes maximum of 30 days to approve...

    the two cases you see on VJ timeline are the members who joined the forum, otherwise there are hundreds of filers everyday.

  2. Now the wait begins. You will receive a paper copy of the receipt (called NOA1) and then many months of wait until the approval (NOA2).

    Next step will be going through the NVC processing. There are multiple guides and discussions for that on VJ (start with http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process).It will be a while, but we have already started thinking about and in the process of collecting the documents required for that, such as tax transcripts (of the petitioner, for AOS I-864), police clearance certificate so we are ready as soon as we get NOA2.     m lil bit confused on the police clearance ... is the one being given to nvc is from beneficiary or from petitioner ... :innocent:
