We receive today bad news, we just find out that our petition for I-129F was denied, they sent us by mail a letter with the explanation and the options that we have, I really feel down because I don't think only in myself and my fiancé, my main concern is our daughter, now she is going to be depress and sad, and that's make me feel so bad, we don't know the options that they say until we receive the notification by mail, I hope that you guys can be approved and I wish you all the best, God bless you all!

i think you need too relax and wait couples of days to see if you get some news, since we filed today is the 4th month and we have been waiting 39 days since they receive our RFE, maybe they have a delay with the processing time
-
I would also like to add, that the CSC is faster then Texas. If you don't mind me asking was your RFE something simple and did you respond immediatly after receiving it?
I have noticed that VJ members that take to much time to respond to their RFE seem to have to wait longer. Remember your petition is basically being put on hold, set aside while adjudicator works on other petitions who may have filed after you.
They might get busy and then respond to their RFE cases at a later date. That's why I believe its always inportant to respond to RFE's ASP.
We respond our RFE 2 weeks after we receive the letter, so I guess is not going to take to long, that's what I think... Maybe I'm wrong...

4 Months today since we filed and 39 days since RFE was received
-
They receive our RFE on Feb 17 2016 since then we haven't hear anything yet, it's been 39 days since then and today 4 months since we filed, but is true that every case is different and sometimes anyone can get the NOA2 sooner than others, so don't worry you'll be approved soon...

Hi wmelo25, my fiance just got a reply about the case inquiry. They said that the case is currently being reviewed, and we should expect Notice of Action within 45 days. Notice of Action can be in approval, denial, transferred, RFE, or Notice of Intend to Deny form. So, hopefully we would get the good news!
Hi I3nz, so hopefully you wiil get the good news in 45 days, i think they just want to doble check everything to make sure that all the documents are fine, but a least they give you a timeframe, so let's keep praying in Jesus name and you'll see the good news soon, don't worry about it, i know sometimes it's kinda hard this waiting process, my fiancé spoke with them couple of weeks ago and they say that we need to wait 60 days since the day they receive our RFE which was on Feb 17th, so hopefully we would get some good news very soon too, in the name of God everything will be fine...

Congratulations guys, every time that I see someone's approval my hope and faith goes up, is been a long way now, but at the end we all are going to see the light at the end of the tunnel that we all are waiting for, one of the reasons that keep me strong is my daughter which is waiting for me at the other side, so we need to keep praying to the Lord and hopefully we all are going to be approved very soon... God Bless Everyone in this Forum..

Hi guys, I'm following different cases in the app and this morning I found out that yesterday they approve one of them and another one was denied, all the cases that I follow have the same status like mine (Respond to USCIS request for evidence was received) One of those was received the same day like mine which was on feb 17 2016, so I think that we're close to get the good news

Not 11 months. It's 6 months in total since we filed the I-129f. We got sent RFE letter about 2 weeks later, and they received the RFE back a month after we filed the I-129f. So we counted from the date they received our RFE, then it's been 5 months.
Oh, I'm sorry i misunderstood, well hopefully we're going to hear some news in a few weeks in Jesus name??
-
It's been 5 months since they received the RFE for me,and been 6 months since my fiance filed the I-129f. And we haven't heard anything from them. Tell me about it. Read some that CSC took longer than other service centers but again I can't be so sure about this. Some folks got their decision in days, weeks, even 6 months after the RFE. No idea about the cause of delay. Now I just try not to think about it too much and just live my life the best I can. Always look for something to do to distract myself.
Woow that's crazy, you have been waiting 11 months already since you guys filed?, I trying not to think about it either but sometimes is not easy, especially with a daugther waiting for me over there...

Yessss APPROVED!!!!
Poeh what a day.. I was so nervous but everything went very smoothly. But the lady asked many questions:
- what's your fiance's name?
- where have you met?
- how many times have you seen each other the past year?
- how many times have you been in the us?
- what kind of job do you prefer in the us?
- what kind of job does your fiancé have?
- why did you decide to get engaged (we only know each other for 1 year?)
- where does his family come from and have you met them?
- has he met your family and do they like him?
- do you plan on having children?
- in which city are you going to live?
- when did he propose to you?
- who are the people on these pictures?
And then she was looking at the screen of her computer for a couple of minutes and I started panicking but then she put all my papers in a map and told me the good news! Woohooo
Congratulations, I wish you the best for you guys!

So, we are in day 30th since they receive our RFE and we haven't get any answers about the NAO2, I really don't know what to think anymore, I have read that they take 60 days to respond, but I see many people getting their approval quicker than others, I know every case is different but I also read that CSC is one of the fastest USCIS office, so that's why I don't know why they are in delay, this's the 4th month for us, I wish that we can hear good news ASAP...
-
Oh wow! Yes it's a complicated story. But I hope yours will go pretty smoothly because of the previous relationship history and has a daughter as evidence! I'm with you, I keep praying that this will be done ASAP. This waiting game with no certainty has been getting on my nerves and sometimes it gets to me soooooooo much as if I was about to go crazy for the long wait. Making posts and vent about it apparently helps a bit. ?
Thank you so much for your support, I do really appreciate it, yes this waiting game is crazy, I guess we need to have more patience which is not easy at this point, I just hope that we can get good news this week or ASAP and be approved, we have been together 14 years already, our daughter is 13 years old, they are my everything
-
I completely feel the same too. I feel so anxious and restless, hoping to get a good news soon. Fingers crossed for us ?. Please keep me updated
I know every case is different, but mines is totally different than anybody else because we have a daughter in common and we were married before for 6 years, but we decide to separate because I came back to my country to finish my career as a civil engineer and now that I finish we want to come back together again like before, that why we are desperate and I feel kinda sad because everytime that I talk with my daughter she ask me when are you coming back home dada and is very hard to answer because we don't know when and how long is going to take this all process to get done, we pray to the Lord every single day that this situation can be done ASAP... As a father is not easy for me
-
If I counted it from we filed it the first time before we got the RFE then it has been 6 months already now. I hope you hear from them soon! I'm waiting their reply on our case inquiry regarding the long processing time so I'm so hoping that there would be a light at the end of the tunnel by April 2, 2016 knowing something about it from them.
Hopefully we're going to hear very good news soon, we are so anxious to get approved and be together? You'll get your approval very soon too?

We're in the same boat, we receive the NOA1 on Nov 27 2015, ending jun 2016 we receive a RFE which was sent it 2 weeks later and they receive it on Feb 17. 2016, since then we haven't hear anything about it, next month in going to be the 5th month alreadyMy fiance is a US citizen and he filed the petition for K1 visa on September 2015. Two weeks later he got the RFE (Request For Evidence) letter from USCIS and he sent it right away on the same day. The online status says that On October 13, 2015 they have accepted the RFE response and they will start working on the case again. It's been 5 months now but we haven't heard anything new. So status change whatsoever. Yesterday my fiance inquired online about the "long processing time" and he was told to expect the reply by April 2, 2016. So.. We're hopeful. It makes us worry knowing that a lot of people got their decisions very fast after the RFE. For info: my fiance put the plane tickets, hotel bookings, passport stamps, out engagement photos along my fam too, and the cover letter saying how we knew each other and the dates when we met in person. I'm feeling so frustrated now with this uncertainty and the waiting game.

I just wish that I can see good news by ending of the day, I'm following the cases that they are working on it, Yesterday i saw the case number that continues after mine and was approved, so I guess we are close
-
I have a question, how often they do the updates?
-
Don't worry guys, you'll see that we're going to have good news very soon, my fiancé and I are been waiting for the NOA2 since we got our NOA1 on Nov 27 2015

Hi guys, how's everyone doing? I was looking at the app all the I-129F cases recently and I see that they have been approve a lot of cases, just couples are being rejected because they forgot to follow instructions, so hopefully we're going to be approve soon!
-
We sent back the RFE and they receive it on feb 17 2016 and we are still waiting, I just check in the app most of the I-129F cases are being approved, just couples rejected because they don't follow the instructions!
