I got my IL today. PD Nov 20 2014, Interview date Oct 6 6:45 am at US Embassy Manila!!!

NVC will only give Interview Letter if PD becomes current.. I've been waiting for my IL for 5 months already..

Yes your mother can petition your siblings as soon as she arrived. It will take 2 years (average) to process F2A. Goodluck!

Based on Visa Bulletin, the current PD for F2B is 22 Oct 2009, you are 2 years delayed. After you submitted all required documents, within 60 days you should recieve a CASE COMPLETE email from NVC telling that you are in a queue awaiting interview.. I think it is better for you to get an immigration lawyer since your father made a mistake in writing your name, that makes NVC taking your case too long. Goodluck.

You should know your Priority Date (PD), NVC will give you Interview Letter (IL) once your PD becomes current. Check the Visa Bulletin published by USCIS monthly so that you will know when will be your interview.

Yeah Aleful is right. Your husband commited a visa fraud in his point of entry in the US. It may be use as a subject for deportation. A very big mistake.

Actually its possible. Here are the steps.

1. Your boyfriend must marry his children's mother.

2. Your LPR boyfriend will petition them to immigrate.

PS: your boyfriend can't marry/ petition you anymore.

For F2A cases, US Embassy Manila will ask you to provide Original copy of CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) showing that you are already married to your wife.

We called NVC again, the operator told us to call again once our PD is current on visa bulletin. Still no IL for NOV 2014.

@A&J1119 yes, we called NVC 33 days after submission of all civil documents.. They said its already completed.. After 5 days we got email from NVC that our case has been completed..
