you can enter the US Via road and complete these proceedings. if you became the PR of canada while living there, I bet that's pretty much you did before when you became a Canadian PR .

I heard that US or Canada border don't like people have PR in both countries.

I am worried they would ask me about my PR in Canada, am I worry too much?

Can I ask NVC to change my interview location from Taiwan to Canada? Is it possible? If yes, what should I do ?
