My wife is a U.S. Citizen and wants to petition (Form I-130) for her parents to bring them to United States.
I have a few questions:
1. Does it matter who's name she uses on the form? (Father's or mother's?) I believe she can use her father's name and mother is included and vice versa.
2. If she petitions for her parents, does that mean the parents' children are included in one petition? (They are all un-married)
or would she have to petition separately for the parents and her siblings?
3. Approximately how long does it take for the parents to receive the interview date for Visas?

Hi everyone
My wife is a U.S. Citizen and wants to petition (Form I-130) for her parents to bring them to United States.
I have a few questions:

Thank you for your time!!
