Hi All, we filed for my husband's removal of conditions at the end of April (received date of 4/25/2019). It's a bit weird because we received two NOAs for the case with the same Receipt Number - one with a notice date of 4/30/2019 and one with a notice date of 5/3/2019. We have a SRC receipt number so it will be the Texas service center I assume. Another weird thing is that the Receipt number doesn't pop up anything when I check my case status - it comes back with the error as follows:
My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283.
I called the contact center about a month ago but they told me to call back later so I plan to call again this week. We haven't received a biometrics appointment yet. Should I be worried? I know at least we've received the NOA(s) and the check was cashed so they have the packet and I assume they are working on it. And I see from the spreadsheet and other people on here that it seems like Biometrics appointments are taking a really long time for SRC people. Anyone have any thoughts or just want to make me feel better?
