  1. I did look at the pinned thread but it didn't answer my question...

I'm preparing my docs to file for AOS

Do I need to get my remaining vaccines and others signed off BEFORE I file or can I file and send the 3025 form separate?

At my Medical they recorded I still needed 1x MMR, Tetanus, Varicella & Influenza

I received my MMR & Tetanus at my local Doctors surgery and have a signed, dated and stamped record card and also found a record from 2011 where I had an MMR jab in the US.

So it's my understanding I only need the Varicella vaccine and a civil surgeon to sign off the MMR & Tetanus.

Can I walk in and get this done, do I need an appointment, anyone have any idea on the timeline? as my K-1 runs out very soon, Yes I should have had this all done by now but not being able to afford the AOS until now left it at the back of my mind.

  2. I'm filling in the forms for AOS and it seems this form has recently been updated as the layout is different on the example and looks to have expired.

While trying to find out what to put as the eligibility category ( Q16)

I keep seeing C9 as what you need to put for K1 Visa but that doesn't seem to fit with the updated form and It looks more like A6 can anyone confirm please

    Very confused

  3. How does it work with voting, will I be able to vote via post or proxy for the EU referendum in June (will have applied for AOS at that point)

At what point do you become inelligable to vote in the UK and able to vote in the US ?

  4. Been so annoyed with the whole immunisation stuff because I've had all the necessary shots before when I worked on a cruise ship in us waters and had them at a Clinic in Miami but have no record of this because my ex employer will not reply to my emails

At medical the woman gave me the sheet to say I needed

    1 X MMR 1 X Tettenus 1 X Influenza 15/16 season

I got the MMR and Tettenus done at my local doctors surgery free of charge and was told they have no flu shots left as its not flu season anymore.

Upon further inspection of the immunisation sheet provided by Knightsbridge it looks like I don't require a flu shot anyway ( Under 50) and she may have read the chart wrong?

I'm gonna land in the US mid March but won't be applying for AOS until April so flu season out there would have ended right?

So my question is do I need to get a flu shot to enter the US or just before the AOS ?
